NJ Man Sentenced to State Prison for Rape of Unconscious Woman

A New Jersey man was sentenced on Monday to just under six to 12 years in state prison for the rape of an unconscious woman in February 2024 in Falls Township.

In July, Bryan M. Stackhouse was convicted by a Bucks County jury on charges of rape of an unconscious person, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, and indecent assault. He was sentenced by Common Pleas Judge Wallace H. Bateman Jr.
