Engineered Materials Solutions plans to close a plant in Berks County.
The company filed a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry, informing the state it plans to close the facility at 600 Valley Road in Windsor Township near Hamburg, and lay off 58 employees.
