A man is accused of groping and grooming multiple teen boys while working as a manager at a Saladworks and Wendy’s in Bucks County.
Richard “Ricky” Brooks, 33, of Freehold, New Jersey, is charged with corruption of minors, indecent assault and manufacture, delivery, or possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver.
The investigation began on April 1, 2025, when police received a ChildLine report of a manager at the Saladworks in the Crosskeys Shopping Center in Plumstead Township who was accused of grooming a boy who worked at the store. Investigators later identified Brooks as the former manager.
Police later interviewed 10 underage victims and learned that they also received alcohol, medical marijuana cartridges, nicotine cigarettes, and prescribed Adderall medication from Brooks between 2020 and 2024, investigators said…
