BENSALEM, Pa. — A man hit several vehicles including two police patrol cars with a stolen U-Haul truck over the course of seven hours on Tuesday.

After the first crash in the morning Ryan Laskowski, 38, of Bristol Township fled onto Route 95, according to Bristol Township police. A warrant on charges of felony fleeing and eluding, theft of a motor vehicle, reckless endangerment, and multiple related motor vehicle offenses was issued.

Final crash ends chase; more charges expected

He returned several times and over the course of seven hours struck the marked police vehicle and several other drivers. State police gave chase to Laskowski who purposely hit a a Bensalem Police Department patrol unit, a fence, and a fire hydrant near the Acme store on Bristol Road.

The pursuit came to an end when Laskowski crashed into another vehicle on Bristol Road near Grandview Avenue. He is under police guard on the Bristol warrant charges at a hospital and will be formally arraigned upon his release. Additional charges are expected from Bensalem and State Police…
