KUTZTOWN, Pa. (WHTM) — A man is dead and a woman behind bars after a shooting in Berks County’s East Penn Valley Tuesday night.
Elizabeth McKenna, 46, of Kutztown, is facing charges of first degree murder, third degree murder and aggravated assault.
According to the Berks County District Attorney’s Office, McKenna is accused of shooting and killing her husband, William P. Kelly, 53, around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at their home in the 400 block of West Walnut Street, not far from Kutztown University…
