William P. Kelly, 53, was fatally shot inside his West Walnut Street home in Kutztown Borough on Tuesday night, Dec. 30, according to the Berks County District Attorney’s Office.
Kelly’s niece, Kayla Kelly, organized the fundraiser, which had raised more than $13,000 as of publication — exceeding its original goal — to help pay for funeral and memorial expenses following his death.
