N. WHITEHALL TWP., Pa. – The family behind a much-loved Lehigh Valley restaurant that closed in 2024 is cooking up another tasty chapter at a new location.
Katie’s Country Kitchen, a family-run eatery serving up freshly prepared dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, is set to open Jan. 23 at 4804 Route 309 in the Schnecksville section of North Whitehall Township, owner Katie Macalush told 69 News on Thursday.
Macalush and her family previously operated Katie’s Family Restaurant at 6397 Route 309 in Heidelberg Township prior to its closure in July 2024 amid a landlord-tenant dispute.
