Randy Hilbert, 73, is described as a White man standing 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing about 170 pounds, according to police. He has gray hair and brown eyes. A clothing description was not available.
Hilbert was last seen around 9 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 9, in the area of Polk Valley Road, Lower Saucon Township, Northampton County, police said.
