Police in Northampton County are celebrating officers as heroes after a woman was saved on Sunday after she fell into an icy pond in Lehigh Township.
According to police, the incident happened at about 2:36 p.m. on Sunday when officers responded to a 9-1-1 pendant that was activated in the area of the 3400 block of West Walker Drive in Lehigh Township.
