The operator of a leisure-passenger railroad along the Lehigh River released its 2026 Bike Train schedule Wednesday, expanding the popular program from 11 to 13 dates as demand continues to grow.
The Lehigh Gorge Scenic Railway is operated out of Jim Thorpe by Reading & Northern Railroad in partnership with Pocono Biking. This year, it will run bike trains on select weekends from May 16 through November 14. The November date marks a return after a year’s absence from the schedule.
