A woman allegedly had a blood-alcohol content double the legal limit with a young child unrestrained in the backseat when officers stopped her on a Nazareth street.
The 47-year-old borough woman is being charged with misdemeanor DUI highest rate (BAC 0.16% or higher); misdemeanor DUI; summary failure to use a child restraint system; and summary traffic offenses.
