A suspect has been arrested in connection with impersonating police and trying to pull over Hunterdon County motorists in recent weeks.
Dean R. Pluchino, 18, of Raritan Township, was arrested and charged with two counts of fourth-degree impersonating a law enforcement officer and one count of fourth-degree tampering with evidence, the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office announced.
