EASTON, Pa. – A popular spot for specialty omelettes, steak sandwiches and other freshly prepared eats is planning to satisfy the community’s hunger for expanded hours in Northampton County.
West Side Cafe & Grill, a full-service eatery offering a variety of breakfast and lunch dishes, will introduce dinner service beginning Monday, Jan. 26, at 1100 Bushkill St. in Easton, co-owner George Kouros said.
Kouros and his wife, Kalliopi, and friend, Photis Zographou, opened West Side in July at a renovated corner property that was once home to Uncle Wesley’s, a popular eatery known for its crab cakes, burgers and fresh-cut fries, which closed in 2010 after 71 years of business.
