A New Holland man died Monday after the tractor-trailer he was driving crashed on a Pennsylvania Turnpike offramp.
Pennsylvania State Police said Matthew Ronca, 34, died around 1 a.m. after the truck overturned on the ramp from I-276 to Route 1 in Bensalem, Bucks County. The truck, which was towing a milk tanker, landed in a retention pond area down an embankment.
