Marine veteran, father of 3 killed in PA tanker crash was ‘devoted family man’

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — The identity of the driver who died when a tanker truck overturned early Monday, Jan. 19, in Bucks County has been identified.

The coroner’s report identified the deceased as Matthew Ronca, 34. His obituary showed he was from New Holland in Lancaster County.
