Officials released the cause of death for a man who died following a shootout with Pennsylvania State Police troopers last weekend in North Whitehall Township.
The Lehigh County Coroner’s Office conducted an autopsy Tuesday and the results showed the 27-year-old township man died from a gunshot wound to the head.
