More homes are planned for Northampton following the unanimous approval of an 18-unit project on the site of the former Russell Gardens Center.
Developers plan to divide the 14.5-acre parcel along the south side of New Road into 18 single-family detached lots ranging in size from 23,093-square-feet to 45,389-square-feet.
