A Telford man is facing felony and misdemeanor charges after police said he crashed his car in Hilltown Township while under the influence and was found with a loaded handgun in his vehicle.
Vincent Domenic Congedo, 32, of the 200 block of County Line Road, is charged with felony firearms not to be carried without a license, along with misdemeanor driving under the influence and summary careless driving, according to a criminal complaint filed by police.
Police were dispatched around 11:53 p.m. Jan. 15, 2026 to the area on the 800 block of Route 113 for a report of a vehicle off the roadway and into a ditch. Officers arrived to find a white Ford Mustang that had left the northbound lanes and come to rest in a ditch, court documents said…
