Troopers from the Bethlehem Patrol Unit were dispatched to a residence along West Main Street in Bath Borough, Northampton County, for a report of a child who was not breathing and cold to the touch, according to the release.
Upon arrival, troopers and EMS personnel observed that the child was deceased and past the point of life-saving measures, state police said.
