Gunman convicted of attempted murder in shooting near Allentown Dominican festival

A gunman who opened fire in a shootout that injured eight people near an Allentown Dominican festival in 2024 has been convicted of attempted murder.

Aside from the felony attempted murder charge, Yunior Peralta-Quintana, 23, with addresses in Allentown and Bethlehem, was found guilty of three counts felony aggravated assault, one count felony reckless endangerment; and one count misdemeanor felony firearms not to be carried without a license, as well as other misdemeanor offenses.
