WARRINGTON, PA — A 19-year-old man was arrested on public drunkenness and underage drinking charges after being found intoxicated in the middle of a roadway early Saturday morning.
Ronald Santiago Garcia-Cruz, of Pennsylvania, was taken into custody on Feb. 7 at approximately 4:17 a.m. near the intersection of Easton Road and Anderson Way.
Warrington Ambulance personnel reported observing a highly intoxicated male in the middle of the northbound lanes of Easton Road near Anderson Way…
