First Northern Bank and Trust robbed in Wind Gap, chief says

A First Northern Bank and Trust branch was robbed Saturday morning in Wind Gap, police said.

Slate Belt Regional Police Chief Jonathan Hoadley told lehighvalleylive.com the incident began just before 11 a.m. at the branch, 6663 Sullivan Trail. The entire incident lasted about a minute, the chief said.

The suspect handed a teller a note demanding cash. The teller handed over $3,200, and the suspect fled in an unknown direction, Hoadley said…
