‘Tough moment for all of us’: Craft brewery closing Lehigh Valley taproom

EMMAUS, Pa. – A destination for locally brewed stouts, IPAs and other beers will soon end operations in Lehigh County.

Weyerbacher Brewing Co.’s Emmaus Taproom, at 518 Bank St. in Emmaus, will close its doors on March 29, according to an online announcement.

Weyerbacher’s primary taproom and production space, a 30,000-square-foot facility at 905 Line St. on Easton’s South Side, and Weyerbacher’s Allentown Taproom & Biergarten at 448 N. 17th St. will continue to operate as normal.
