ALLENTOWN, Pa. – It was just before 12:30 a.m. Saturday morning when Rebecca Ramos said she was awakened by police sirens and loudspeakers on the 500 block of Allen Street in Allentown.
“We thought something really bad was going on,” said Ramos.
She said that was not the case…
