KINGSTON, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — An 11-year-old boy is dead and his brother is in critical condition at a burn center in Allentown after a house fire in Kingston late Wednesday night.
The fire started at around 11:30 p.m. on North Welles Avenue. A man and his daughter made it out of the home safely through a second story window.
Kingston Forty-Fort Fire Chief Frank Guido says balancing the fire and rescue was difficult to manage.
