‘Code Orange’ extends to Monday for Midstate, adds Lehigh Valley, southeast Pa.

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection is extending a Code Orange advisory through Monday for much of our area and portions of eastern Pennsylvania.

PADEP initially made Sunday a Code Orange air quality action day for Dauphin, Cumberland, Lebanon, Lancaster, and York counties as fine particle pollution was expected to remain high.

The same is now expected Monday for the same counties in the Midstate, as well as the Lehigh Valley and southeastern Pennsylvania…
