Allentown police arrested a 20-year-old man and seized multiple firearms and cocaine Friday morning during a raid.
Cruz-Pineiro, of the city, is charged with felony possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; felony receiving stolen property; felony unlawful body armor; and other misdemeanor drug offenses.
He was arraigned before District Judge Karen C. Devine, who set bail at 10% of $50,000. In lieu of bail, Cruz-Pineiro initially was taken to the Lehigh County jail. Court records show he has since posted bail…
