Close to a month of testimony and deliberations led to a hung jury Wednesday in a Northampton County civil trial concerning a patient’s death at St. Luke’s Hospital in Fountain Hill.
The plaintiff’s attorney said Wednesday she plans to bring the case back before a new jury.
