Customers can enjoy a mix of European cafe culture, American dining and breakfast buffets when a new restaurant opens at the former Sunset Grille property in Upper Macungie Township.
U-MAC Tavern will open in mid-May or early June at 6751 Ruppsville Road, according to owner Emmanuel Teloniatis, who said he has signed a lease with property owners Ed Hanna and his family.
