A 27-year-old Carbon County man was killed Thursday in a head-on collision along Route 100 in Upper Macungie, police said.
The Lehigh County Coroner’s Office identified the deceased as Oneil D. Fletcher of Lansford. He died from multiple blunt force injuries and the manner was ruled accidental by Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio.
