EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa. — A man is locked up, accused of assaulting three people and two state troopers on East Stroudsburg University’s campus over the weekend.
State police say a 25-year-old man from Easton assaulted another man, a residential assistant (RA), and an East Stroudsburg University Police officer on campus around 5 a.m. Sunday.
