SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA CO. (WOLF) — A 61-year-old Carbon County man has been sentenced to a year and a half in federal prison after admitting to illegally possessing a firearm and attempting to obtain one despite a lengthy criminal history.
David Feliciano-Seize was sentenced February 20, 2026, by U.S. District Judge Julia K. Munley in the Middle District of Pennsylvania. The sentence stems from his conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm.
