A new urgent care clinic opened its doors Thursday night in Pohatcong Township.
American Family Care (AFC) Phillipsburg will operate at 1225 Route 22 at St. James Avenue seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., offering extended hours to serve busy families and workers.
The clinic is designed to be a “one-stop shop” for walk-in urgent care for non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses, and includes on-site X-ray and lab services, a procedure suite for minor medical needs and occupational health services, said husband and wife O’George and Dr. Sarah Chima, who co-own AFC Phillipsburg…
