Nazareth police arrested a 36-year-old man and seized fentanyl last month during a drug investigation in the borough.
William Bierschenk Scorza, of Northampton borough, is charged with two counts of felony possession with intent to manufacture drugs; one count felony criminal use of a communications facility; misdemeanor evidence tampering; and related offenses.
