WILKES-BARRE — A Lehigh County woman was sentenced to probation for kicking and spitting on a Kingston police officer.
Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas Judge Michael T. Vough sentenced Kristen Bell, 38, of Slatington, to three years’ probation with the first year on house arrest with electronic monitoring on the charge of aggravated harassment by a prisoner.
