An Allentown man has been sentenced to serve up to 30 years in state prison in the deaths of two pedestrians following a hit-and-run accident in 2023 in the city.
On Thursday, Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas Judge Anna-Kristie M. Marks sentenced 25-year-old Imanol Jose Caraballo to serve nine to 30 years in state prison on charges of two counts of felony homicide by vehicle while DUI; felony accidents involving death; and misdemeanor DUI.
