The 46-year-old Northampton man was pronounced dead at the scene in the 200 block of North 2nd Street after being recovered from approximately nine feet of water at 4:20 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, according to the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office.
Coroner Daniel A. Buglio confirmed the man was the person of interest who had fled from law enforcement on Thursday, March 12.
His identity has not been released as the investigation remains active, the coroner said…
