A months-long investigation by authorities resulted in the seizure of a large quantity of suspected PCP and other drug-related items following a traffic stop on I-76 in Montgomery County, according to police.
Troy Gregory Nance, 34, of the 1100 block of E. Hector Street in Conshohocken, is facing a felony charge stemming from the incident.
