NORRISTOWN — The fate of a former East Greenville man accused of physically abusing his infant daughter is in the hands of a Montgomery County jury.
Ryan Scott Lapish, 38, formerly of the 1000 block of Church Road, showed no visible emotion on Monday afternoon as the jury of six men and six women headed to a room to deliberate after hearing the closing statements of the lawyers and receiving legal instructions from Judge Wendy G. Rothstein.
