Airport Shopping Center has lost a major anchor tenant at the popular Hanover Township, Lehigh County shopping destination.
On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina, 909 Airport Center Drive, has shuttered permanently. The fast-casual Tex-Mex chain has been at that shopping center since at least 2009 and was the only regional location.
Employees of the Lehigh Valley eatery began posting last week about the closure on Facebook, citing March 13 as the last day. Google maps on Tuesday morning listed the location as “permanently closed” and the Hanover site was removed from the chain’s directory…
