Petition challenges in two key Lehigh Valley Democratic primary races have been filed in a bid to get candidates removed from the May 19 primary election ballot.
Two Allentown residents allege that nomination petitions for state Rep. Ana Tiburcio, Democratic candidate for the 22nd District, did not contain the required 300 valid signatures to get on the primary ballot, according to a Commonwealth Court filing Tuesday.
