Prosecutors are looking for an Allentown man they say shot and killed a man late last year during a game of “quick draw.”
Samuel Rolando Colon, 24, is wanted on charges including homicide, aggravated assault, and several counts of reckless endangerment stemming from the Nov. 8 killing of 19-year-old Ti’Shaun Singleton.
