1 dead, at least 3 injured in 7-vehicle crash in Lehigh County

LEHIGH COUNTY, Pa. (WFMZ) — Emergency dispatchers say a call reporting a fatal multivehicle crash with several injured occupants came in at 10:59 a.m. Sunday.

Police say the accident happened along the 3300 block of Center Valley Parkway. When officers arrived, they located five vehicles involved in the crash between West Saucon Valley Circle and Corporate Parkway West.

Brian McKenna, 62, of Bethlehem, PA, was extricated by officers; however, he did not survive, according to a press release from the Upper Saucon Police Department.

Investigators determined McKenna was driving a 2020 Tesla westbound on Center Valley Parkway when it crossed the center concrete median and struck multiple eastbound vehicles traveling eastbound. In total, seven vehicles and 10 occupants were involved. Police say three people were injured and taken to local hospitals…
