EMMAUS, Pa. – A decades-old destination for fried rice, lo mein, wonton soup and other Chinese specialties will soon end operations in the Lehigh Valley.
Ling Nan Chinese Restaurant, a fast-casual eatery offering Mandarin, Szechuan, Cantonese and Hong Kong cuisine, will hold its last day of business on March 31 at 1328 Chestnut St. in Emmaus, Lehigh County, co-owner Kelly Jian told 69 News.
Jian and her husband have operated the restaurant since 1986.
“After proudly serving our community for 40 years, the time has come for us to retire and close this chapter of our journey at month end (March 31st, 2026),” reads a message posted at the restaurant…
