A Feasterville woman moved felony retail theft and receiving stolen property charges onto Bucks County Common Pleas Court at a preliminary hearing Tuesday, accused by Warrington Township Police of attempting to roll out of Wegmans with more than $1,200 worth of unpaid merchandise.
Maryann E. Verzilli, 56, of the 1800 block of Meadowbrook Drive, was charged Jan. 27, 2026 in connection with a Jan. 22 incident at Wegmans Market, 1405 Main St., Warrington Township, according to a criminal complaint.
