Police in Bethlehem have arrested the man dubbed the “Hammer Slammer,” who was wanted for allegedly smashing nearly 100 windshields across the Lehigh Valley.
Grant Chase, 37, of Hellertown, was taken into custody Monday following a month-long investigation.
