Ankle monitor data and surveillance footage helped Forks Township police uncover what they say really happened last week when a 25-year-old man said he was shot in the face.
Christopher Harper Noel, of the 2900 block of Meadow Lane, is charged with felony receiving stolen property; felony firearms not to be carried without a license; and misdemeanor reckless endangerment in the March 16 incident.
