A Lower Nazareth Township maker of tortilla and corn chips has been acquired by a snack food maker from Michigan, a news release issued Wednesday says.
The release says Keystone Snacks will keep manufacturing its chips and “extruded snacks” at its facility at 3767 Hecktown Road, but it will now make them under the ownership of Cheeze Kurls LLC, doing business as CK Snacks of Grand Rapids, Michigan.
