Phillipsburg’s Land Use Board met Thursday, March 26 to determine whether prohibiting data centers in all zones conforms with the town’s master plan.
The meeting was held inside the Phillipsburg Envision Center Community Room, 535 Fisher Ave., to review Town Council ordinance 2026-08 ahead of consideration by the town council.
