Two New York men are facing over 30 charges after state police said they found stolen identification cards and a fraudulent check during a 2023 Interstate 78 traffic stop.
Anthony Garcia and Jack Michael Bautista Acosta, both 26 and from the Bronx, are each facing six counts of felony identity theft; four of felony forgery; two felony receiving stolen property; and multiple felony theft charges, as well as related offenses.
